Meet Jes
An Accredited Practising Dietitian who understands that life doesn't always go to plan.
Hi, I'm Jes — an Accredited Practising Dietitian based in Melbourne, Australia.
I believe nutrition is deeply personal. The food we eat is shaped by our culture, our family, our work, our routines, our health and, sometimes, simply how chaotic life happens to be. That's why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all nutrition advice.
I've always understood what it means to have a lot on your plate.

From the skies to dietetics
Before becoming a dietitian, I worked as a flight attendant, which took me around the world and gave me the opportunity to live and experience different cultures and food traditions. I've travelled to more than 40 countries, experienced jet lag and constantly changing routines, and learnt first-hand that maintaining healthy habits isn't always straightforward when life doesn't follow a predictable schedule, and gained a genuine appreciation for how differently food and wellbeing can look from one culture to another.
I've also balanced demanding work while completing my Master's degree, often working with limited downtime and navigating the demands that come with a busy schedule.
In other words, I've had plenty of experience trying to fit life around everything else. Those experiences have shaped the way I practise today. I understand busy people.
As a dietitian, my role is to take the science of nutrition and translate it into something that makes sense for your life. I work with people from all walks of life — from everyday individuals wanting to improve their health, through to high-performing professionals navigating demanding careers.
My approach is
Evidence-based
Grounded in nutrition science and current clinical practice.
Culturally sensitive
Because food is connected to culture, family, identity and tradition.
Practical
Because advice isn't useful if it doesn't work in your everyday life.
Personalised
Because your health, circumstances, preferences and goals are unique to you.
I also work closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals and have experience across private practice and community settings.
Beyond the consultation room
I also love bringing nutrition into the wider community. I've delivered corporate and community workshops, nutrition talks and presentations, and I enjoy making nutrition approachable, engaging and relevant to the people in the room.
Whether I'm speaking to a workplace, community group or individual client, my goal is the same: to take something that can feel overwhelming and make it feel clear, practical and achievable.
